Hey, I'm Brandon
Welcome to my personal website!
I'm a software engineer passionate about creating applications with great user experiences in mind.
About Me

Hey, I'm Brandon! I'm a computer science graduate from the University of California, Irvine, with experience in web development, quality assurance, and database management systems.
Currently, I'm seeking full-time software engineering opportunities to kickstart my career in tech. I'm passionate about the entire software development lifecycle—whether it's building, testing, or designing software.
Since graduation, I’ve gained experience as a Full-time QA Software Engineer Intern at Dassault Systèmes. In addition, I’ve worked on personal projects, self-studied Full Stack development, and maintained a part-time retail job. I'm excited to leverage my skills, continue learning, and contribute to impactful software development in a full-time engineering role.
Outside of programming, I enjoy hitting the gym, discovering new music, collecting vinyls, catching new movies at theater, and finding new places to eat!

Favorites

This was my favorite movie of 2024! This was the perfect follow-up to the first Dune. The first Dune was all about setting up the plot and introducing the world of Dune, whereas this movie is where everything pays off.

This is my current favorite album! I've been enjoying it a lot because I think this is Tyler's most vulnerable album yet. He opens up about sensitive topics like relationships, self-acceptance, his lack of a father figure, and more. On top of these more serious topics, he balances it all out with lots of bragging and shows off his ability to create uniquely sounding hard hitting songs.
